Find your leadership style and develop your influence

Resistance, lack of impact, difficult transition?

We work on your interpersonal skills while taking into account your values and what’s at stake in your organisation.

I am trained in the Palo Alto approach (Institut Gregory Bateson) and comply with the EMCC Belgium code of ethics.

This page is for leaders, managers and change agents in an organisational context, whether employer-funded or through a company.

❓ Frequently asked questions

“How do I know if you can help in my situation?”
→ A free 30-minute call is the best way to find out.

“How long before I see results?”
→ First changes are often visible from the early sessions. For lasting impact: 3 to 6 months.

“What’s the difference between individual and group coaching?”
→ In group coaching, each participant works on their own goals, while benefiting from the dynamics and learning of the group. This is different from team coaching, where the work focuses on the collective dynamics of the team itself.

“Will my organisation fund this?”
→ Often yes, especially for managers and leaders. A tripartite contract can be set up if your employer is involved, guaranteeing the confidentiality of session content.

“Does it work remotely?”
→ Yes. I have the tools and experience to make it just as effective as in person.

“What if I don’t see progress?”
→ Difficulties are valuable information I use to adapt the approach. We address this together in sessions.
