For associations
Tensions that keep coming back despite meetings and mediations, a decided change that doesn’t hold, a director who carries alone what should be shared: these situations wear down teams and the project.
I support you with a systemic approach, through individual coaching, team coaching or facilitation, building on what already works in your organisation. I offer a solidarity rate for associations.
Strategic Systemic Practitioner, trained in Restorative Group Conferencing. Member of EMCC Belgium, I follow its code of ethics.
This page is for associations and their teams, or for support funded by your organisation.

This is neither clinical supervision nor therapy: I work on collective functioning, stance and working relationships, not on follow-up of beneficiaries or on people’s mental health. If a situation calls for psychological, medical or clinical support, I will refer you to the appropriate professionals. We assess this together from the first conversation and throughout the support.
🤝 Conflict resolution
A tension keeps coming back despite meetings and mediations: between two colleagues, two teams, or a team and its management. Unspoken issues build up and weigh on the project.
I work on stance and communication within the relationship concerned, identifying what keeps the conflict alive over time.

🌱 Lasting change
A decided change doesn’t hold over time: habits return, momentum fades, and the decisions taken are not applied in the field. The same happens when taking on a new role turns out harder than expected.
I identify what slows or stops the change once the initial momentum has passed, so that it lasts, without me.

⚙️ Acting on the work environment
Individual coaching isn’t always enough. What keeps a difficulty in place sometimes lies in the work environment: priorities, workload and pace, ways of working together and of making decisions. A director or coordinator can also end up carrying alone what should be shared, caught between the team and the board. I then also work with the people who have leverage over that environment:
- With the director / coordinator: strengthening their stance, negotiating priorities, workload and pace with the board, clarifying who decides what.
- With the board: making the effects of decisions and the constraints faced by teams in the field visible, clarifying roles.
🧩 How we work together
1. We define the framework for the support
The objectives, the format, who needs to be involved and how, tailored to your organisation. The support starts on that basis, and regular check-ins let us adjust it over time.
2. We clarify the situation
What is actually at play: the people involved, the dynamics between them, what has already been tried and what already works.
3. We co-build the options
Solutions developed with the people and teams involved, including those who have leverage over the situation, building on the reality of your organisation.
4. We experiment in the field
Short actions, tested and adjusted in real time, based on what emerges from your situation.
5. We embed the changes
New ways of working become your own: you know how to keep them alive by yourselves.

❓ Frequently asked questions
“Our budget is limited. Is this possible?”
Yes, that is the purpose of the solidarity rate. The amount is set by quote after an initial conversation, free and without commitment: that is the time to discuss it.
“Do you work through coaching or facilitation?”
Both, depending on the situation. Coaching works in depth over time (with a person or a team). Facilitation steps in for a specific moment or topic (a meeting, a workshop, a one-off conflict). The two often complement each other.
“How is the mandate framed (who decides, who is informed)?”
Each engagement starts with an agreement between the person or team being coached, the director or board, and me: objectives, confidentiality, what is shared with the organisation. The content of individual sessions remains confidential. Only recurring observations, without names or personal details, agreed in advance with the person being coached, can be passed on to the director.
“Can you step in if the team is going through serious distress?”
I can support the director and the team on collective functioning. If the situation calls for psychological support, I will refer you to appropriate professionals.
